Cynthia Jackson - Practice Manager

 

Cynthia joined the Firm as Practice Manager in April 2002. Prior to joining the Practice she was Office Manager with a firm of Accountants in Coventry where she gained the skills and experience which brought her to Rollasons. Her experience previous to this was, first as the Customer Services Manager with a Software House in Birmingham and later as an IT Project Manager. It was her experience with this company which gave rise to her acquiring skills not only in Information Technology but also the opportunity of gaining specialist experience in Customer Care and Team Management. She has been, and continues to be, the current Chairperson of the Warwickshire Law Society Practice Managers' Forum.

Cynthia enjoys entertaining, Literature, Music and the Arts in general, the theatre in particular and is a regular visitor to the Royal Shakespeare Memorial Theatre at Stratford-on-Avon.

Jane Moore - Reception

Key to the success of any Firm is a warm, friendly and professional welcome for everyone seeking legal advice and help whether they have just walked through the door or via the telephone. Jane Moore, our Receptionist, has been with us since 1998 and offers a first class welcome and efficient service to everyone - be they someone with a general enquiry, the plumber, salesperson, a regular client or even a member of staff!! Jane is a ‘people’ person which makes her just right for this most important, ‘front line’ position.

Jane enjoys outdoor activities, caravanning with her family anywhere in the country especially
Norfolk and she loves going to Hot-air Balloon Festivals.

Cheryl Haynes - Administration Support

When she joined the Firm in 1998 Cheryl's role was that of a self-employed, part- time, typist. Following this she became part-time secretary to Peter and later joined the Conveyancing team as part-time Post Completions Assistant. Looking for a new challenge Cheryl has moved to the Administration Department enjoying her role in Accounts where she is kept very busy. Cheryl also works 2 days a week in the Commercial Department.

Her principal interest outside work is her family. Cheryl's hobbies include holidays and shopping!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Debbie Wrist - Secretary

 

Debbie joined Rollasons in June 2000 and was employed initially on a temporary basis acting as stand-in for a member of staff who was taking maternity leave. Although a member of the Administration Team Debbie is part-time Secretary to Joe Hallett and is also Secretary to the Daventry Breakfast Club which is sponsored by Rollasons. Her interests and hobbies include spending time with her family in general and enjoying her house and garden in particular. She likes walking – particularly if it involves shopping!
